As we want you to be completely satisfied, we handle all customer service matters in-house and do not rely on third party fulfillment houses.
Most merchandise can be returned within 10-15 days of delivery. In order to return a merchandise you must first contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Because we utilize multiple warehouse facilities, all return merchandise must be returned to warehouse addresses provided by us. We provide this address upon receiving your request for an RMA number.
Defective product returns are covered by the Manufacturers' Warranties and you will not be responsible for shipping charges or any other charges on defective returns that are under warranty.
Please contact us and we will assist you with any warranty issues.
Non defective merchandise returns would incur round-trip shipping charges and may also incur a re-stocking fee of 10-30% by our Suppliers. So please make sure that you want the item before ordering it. If unsure, please contact us and we will assist you in choosing the right product for your situation.
- Envirowood and Mahogany:
- Envirowood and Mahogany furniture, if returned, are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee in addition to round trip shipping charges
- Refused shipments will result in freight charge
- Shorea Furniture:
- All shorea furniture, if returned, are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee in addition to round trip shipping charges
- Refused shipments will result in freight charges
- Cedar and Teak:
- Returned Cedar and Teak furniture are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee in addition to round trip shipping charges
- Refused shipments will result in freight charge
- Swing Sets:
- Returned Swing Sets, are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee in addition to round trip shipping charges
- Refused shipments will result in freight charges
- Please note that the Snipe, Laser, Lightning, Tristle, and Avenger swing sets are non returnable!
- Wood Toys:
- Returned wood toys, are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee in addition to round trip shipping charges
- Refused shipments will result in freight charges
- All furniture are shipped via either UPS/USPS or freight Ground. Please check the packaging for noticeable damages. If you see extensive damage to the package, please refuse to sign the delivery slip.
If you notice defects or damages after you have accepted delivery, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or replacement parts to be rushed to you. In case you receive the replacement before you return the defective materials, you are responsible for cooperating with the return of the item. Failure to return the damaged item will cause us to charge your credit card for the non-returned item.
